      Management could not care less about the employees

      Pros

      Non-managerial employees are great and by far the best thing at Infor.

      Cons

      Management is awful. There is no appreciation of the work employees do, and you will be downsized out of a job that is then sent out of the US at their earliest convenience. No job is even remotely safe at Infor. You will almost assuredly get laid off so they can save money. Even their responses to bad reviews here are lame. Many of them make excuses by mentioning "challenging" times. Pathetic. I know of no other company where employees are so much just a number. Super smart, highly dedicated, hard workers get laid off from this company extremely frequently. Upper Management could not care less about pulling that lay off trigger.

      Work/life balance is good but career growth is limited

      Pros

      Good work / life balance, most time spent by coding (but depends on the team). Adequate compensation.

      Cons

      Layoffs due to AI, moving development to India, results don't matter. Little options for career advancement, managerial positions are taken by people who work here for 10 or 20+ years. No team buildings, some people are plain weird and don't even answer when you say "hello".
