      - slightly above standard pay - good global team and nice to work with - challenging work but satisfying to accomplish

      Cons

      - local managers keeps on impressing upper management that forces ICs to drown get drowned in deliverables. - challenging work brough by unreasonable local manager. - be careful for being assigned to small teams(2-3 persons), if one leaves, local manager will still assigned you work for the capacity of a full team.
