Very flexible on work hours. No politics. Can work freely

Cons

Not much care packages other than salary (gift packs, work from home allowances and utilities, events) Increments are very disappointing. Salary is no where near the market standard and company is not willing to do anything to stabilize it. Have seen recruiting new, less experience resources for higher salaries while experienced resources are working for lesser salary than that. Feels like not giving the proper respect to the employee as a company
