      Good but This place is not for real geeks

      Pros

      Friendly Environment. Good work life balance. Higher management is very friendly.

      Cons

      Cant find exiting job opportunities.Although you will be hired as a s/w engineer, most of the time we end up doing support work, as majority of the dev team isn't here who implements major changes. No opportunity to explore. You will be hired with little pay.

      Pros

      Infor, at least in Manila, has good processes in terms of the software development life cycle. It has a relatively flat structure, and lots of training is provided.

      Cons

      The products aren't always the most exciting to work on, but that is to be expected from an ERP company. Otherwise, there are very few downsides to working there.
