I used to work in infor Birst. Birst was a product based company being acquired by Infor in 2017. Birst was one of the high payers at Ahmedabad location. Also culture of birst was very good. But things ultimately changed after Infor's aquisition. Infor is not a real product based company it has became big by acquiring many small small companies time to time in last 15 years. Moreover it pays at service based company level also its way of working is also like service based firm. Moreover Birst Ahmedabad has became infor Ahmedabad and they have started cost cutting and bringing down the salary of old employees of Birst in the name of making the pay at Infor level. Many of the old people have preferred a start up over this firm and have left the company, also infor have payed no attention in retaining them instead they have replaced them with contractors.
