      Pros

      Coworkers have a family-like and friendly culture not sure if this is pros.

      Cons

      There are bosses who give threats should we resign. They promote "speak up culture" but they will retaliate if you speak up. Someone also reported a harassing behavior from a manager but it was never investigated. You get promoted if you are close with the management. Last, they are behind in technology.
