Good Environment, Limited Career Growth

WFH, flexible environment. Technology-driven. Engineers’ opinions are heard.

Cons

Chaotic management: team members actually report to another team lead. Unclear career path: little opportunity for growth or promotion. 1-on-1s are ineffective: managers don’t care and don’t pretend to. If you have nothing to say, they cancel it. Salary: not competitive. No annual raises. Even if approved, it takes half a year to take effect.
