Pros

HR and Management do their job as expected. Decent chance of finding a good senior. Didn't happen for me, but some leads and senior members actually are good people to work with.

Cons

HR and Management do their job as expected, which is protect company interests. Chance you will be stuck working a few hours extra, for several weeks straight, and be told off for it if you mention it in reports or timesheets. Managers will manage, that is the way it is. HR will usually pass your complaints or requests along. Happened a few times to me before I realised this is what their literal function was here.
