- Flexible hours and work-from-home - Good working environment - Less toxic and stressful working experience, more structured - Location is good - Management is good if you are compliant - Possibility of travel to other Infor sites - Provided hardware and other equipments are in excellent condition (laptops, PCs, headsets, etc.)

- Slightly lower raise rate compared to other companies - Up to 13th month pay only - A bit of politics

Good pay, benefits, work life balance (consistent 40hr weeks with minimal stress)

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about engineers - if you're not on a sales team, they don't care about you. All company news is tailored towards sales. HR regularly messes up raises - don't be surprised if it takes 3 months after you get a raise to see the raise in your paycheck.
