      Pros

      Work life balance is maintained. No pressure. Work from home. Good hike compared to other companies Manager and team lead is very helpful

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Underground parking is nice during the summer.

      Cons

      Pay, 401k, insurance, growth. The biggest pay I heard someone get was 2%. The managers just hire their family as project managers, and they are not knowledgable at all. They maybe attended a scrum meeting and think they know software development now. A lot of the people are older, and the turnover for younger people is high.
