1. Low salary increase yearly so not good for tenured employees.
2. The use of proprietary tools for development. They have no market value outside Infor and you will lose your other marketable programing skills over time, so if you intend to be a programming expert and not a manager someday, this might not the best place for you.
3. They're tied to PEZA so permanent WFH may not be possible anytime soon.
4. Work-life balance is not always true, it depends on the department. You can have work-life balance for a year or two, then be in a toxic, stressful environemtn for the next years. Sometimes the workloads are impossible!
5. No performance bonuses. Salary increase when promoted is also low.
6. If you're not good at negotiating asking price, HR is willing to offer you salary that is less than what you deserve. Other companies will give you the right salary even if your asking price is low.
