-You'll have the opportunity to train while you are waiting for an assignment -My team is great, only reason I'm enjoying -I don't really work too many hours even when I get assigned a lot of stuff.

Cons

-Pay is low for the industry -Training is outdated and they expect you to do Infosys certificate which are impossible to pass

-They provide training in various computer science and software development principles. (Fully paid as per your salary) - 100% support for employees, the senior management always had my back if there were any issues on client projects.

Cons

-Company is great but the pay is below market rate.
