Pros

- Decent salary for a new entry (0 experience) - Meal tickets - Health insurance - Work from home - Payed certifications

Cons

- Not having a mentor to show us how things work around the company, or having an introduction to the project made things difficult in the beginning, all the members of the team were juniors so we had to learn most of the things on our own. - The project that I worked on was to migrate the client's legacy app to a newer architecture (Java + Spring), so the majority of the tasks were just to copy the logic from VB and put it in Java. - I'm not a racist person, but it became really hard to work with indians. Being an indian company, it's hard not to meet them everywhere, the problem is that they either have bad internet connection or bad hardware, becasue they talk in such a manner that everyone else on the team has a hard time understanding them, and their accent is not helping either. One time it got to the point that the whole conference had to stop because the host's voice was so muffled, everyone was complaining because we couldn't understand anything.
