      Pros

      Steady job, relaxed environment, great work-life balance, they rarely fire anyone unless a lot of people are on bench or a big account is lost

      Cons

      if you are not from India you are not welcome on the company by most fellow Indian employees, and they won't share their knowledge or share work with you, so a lot of people wander around or watch youtube on their desks while Indian guys overwork to try to get a promotion but end up giving a lousy service to the client

      Pros

      the longer i am here the more difficult to think of any

      Cons

      Low pay, overtime( you can work 9 days in a row for 12h with one day off and then the marathon repeats) , no opportunities, You cannot trust the management or HR . NEVER seen or heard about anything like that happening in work place! Got to the point we are seeking legal advice. ..

      - Opportunities to work on new things - Some projects have a chance to travel a little - Management at the Indianapolis Hub seems to care about their employees and are approachable if you have questions

      Cons

      - Not really given the choice of what you want project you work on - Promotions and raises aren’t given consistently (seems like pulling names from a hat, instead of basing it on your evaluation) - This seems to be the same system for getting projects. Doesn’t seem to be based on skill—— more based on a need for people - You have to build up vacation days (accrual system) -Some projects have a chance to travel - Internet is frequently slow
