This is not a workplace is a penitenciary
Pros
Good salaries if you know how to sell yourself well to these guys. Work facilities are ok Workload is good life/work balance. Good internal initiatives to keep you active. Good training availabe. (with no computer for you at all)
Cons
Jeez, Where should I start.... Strict with rules, treat you like a convic not an employee Lack of bi-directional comunication it is just one way. Management is Short sighted, not flexible at all. Security politics are overwhelming. Do not provide the appropriate tools to work, as basic as a PC you dont have full access. Traveling is a nightmare, poor engagement and support from HR to travel. No salary increase for the last two yeas even though the CEO said the opposite, no follow up. Projects are mostly run and opperate, production support, routine task based jobs. Projects and life at work gets boring. Poor senior management, no softskills, no problem solvers. Promotions are based on tenure not on Merit. Zero open to negotiate or change something already established. Indian managers believe that they are almighty, most of them are rude, treat you with no respect. Always do everything by the book, you are unable to contribute with ideas to change. Lack of resources to do your job, no internet, no cellphone, no laptop, no vpn unless approved by some almighty Indian lord.
