Helpful and friendly managers. Good training

Cons

can be stressful at times. managers complain to you if your after call work is too high. everything has to be done on the phone. expected to solve complicated issues and chat to customer at the same time. if customer has to go, you are not allowed to look into issue while customer is not on the phone. company is obsessed over stats.
