When they send you to another country, expenses policies are very very poor and normally it cost you a lot of money from your pocket to travel and settle in a new country and your first salary takes ages to come.... You never know for how long you´ll be assigned abroad, so you can't plan anything with your family for mid or long term. You could be living in the US for 1, 2 or 7 seven years and suddenly they pull the plug and you are kind of deported...that's kind of depressing. People who manage (?) the bench do a terrible job, they don't know what to do with the people and they assigning resources to postitions that have nothing to do with the skills set of resources and that causes frustation to Project managers and clients… Once the assigment is done, they put you in a box and forget about you. Facilities guy is always in a bad mood and you almost have to beg him for a parking card and things like that...has very despotic manners, it was always awkward to request something to him... Coffee is horrible!...I know it's complementary but I doesn't have to be that bad...

If they are not able to find you a project, you will be in the bench with nothing to do. They don't have a backup plan when this happens. HR doesn't care about employees, they are customer driven.
