      1. Still somewhat transparent and approachable organization. 2. Good paymaster at onsite. 3. Very process oriented and never crosses legal boundaries. 4. Very strong Finance department. Huge cash reserves. 5. Still somewhat employee friendly.

      Cons

      1. Unable to handle such a huge workforce. 2. Middle management ineffective in understanding and handling employees concerns. 3. Many new organizational policies are proving to be suffocating than employee friendly.

      A fantastic place for networking professionally.

      Cons

      1.Too many employees. Very easy to get lost. 2.Appraisal process needs improvement. 3.Need to place employees in projects based on their skill set, rather than forcing employees to work on areas they are not aware off. 4.Company needs to consider having better facilities for consultants Onsite . Many challenges are faced by employees who travel from offshore .Most of the time employees are worried on their daily surviving issues such as living, travel,etc rather than concentrating on the real work.
