Good Brand name Global opportunities Good In house HR systems

Cons

Not a technology company to work with. Higher management value politics and some kind of wired initiative rather than technology. Most of the project managers think, filling some online system and playing around word,xls is project management.

Infrastructure, Brand value, Talent base, Excellent training, few genuinely rational people present which are of great help,friendly and light work atmosphere

Cons

Highly incompetent mid level management, politics, non employee friendly policies, no care for employee's personal ambitions & aspirations, your work quality depends on how lucky you are rather than how talented you are.
