Pros

Awesome training program for entry level software engineer with no prior work ex. Training available for nonc CS majors as well as CS majors,

Cons

For non CS majors it can be pretty taxing since you are taught everything beginning from fundamentals of programming in a 5 month of packed schedule.

Pros

Infosys provides a Good Start to freshers. Co-workers are also good and supportive. Architecture of Buildings to work in is also great, you can bring in your family for a picnic.

Cons

Forget that you have family besides work, Everything inside campus is paid, right from food to bus travel. Infy policies... they haunt you right from the point you step inside the campus.

Pros

+ Good Infrastructure + Nice training for fresher + Good place to start your career

Cons

- Absolutely bad policies that dont make any sense like Certification, 9.15 etc - Growth is stagnant - Salary is very very less. - No respect for long term employees. Lateral employees get more salary than already existing long term employees. - Lot of politics. Everyone is interested only in numbers. - Policies more important than employees.
