      Pros

      Can't think of any - their technology arm is better - consulting arm sucks

      Cons

      Firms Management thinks nothing of coming up with diktats like No coffee machine on the floor, Not permitted to switch on the fansa and A/c after 5 - even though 70% of the floor is working. Printers were removed to celebrate earth day , printer paper is not replaced for 2 weeks, you are expected not to spend full amount from your entitlements. Flybacks are banned - you have to spend from your pockets. They even make money on the travel expenses charged to clients (as they have a co policy for 30% markup on all claims to clients).

      good work life balance; opportunity in making changes in the firm such as process and policy; capable people are given responsibilities above their title

      Cons

      many processes and policies are restricted by the partent company, Infosys Technologies. Benefits and bonuses not competitive at all; quality of partners and senior principals varies drastically

      Strong Management Process and goal driven Fun at workplace Great transparency within the company Best Knowledge management leading to lots of oppurtinity for learning new things Spectacular Campuses Big brand in India

      Cons

      No or very few technically challenging oppurtinities Salary is not at par with Industry standards (my not so intelligent classmate gets 4 times my salary :( ) With more employee base, more bureaucracy is creeping in. Value system is detoriating..
