Pros
There are Technology and Business focussed units within different the vertical industry Units which let people pursue thier area of interest. There is focus on continuous competency improvement and there is sufficient support in terms of enabling the people with required training and certifications.
Cons
There is increased focus to find billable utilization at every levels, so in case a person is working in a unit or location which is not doing very well then the person will be forced to relocate to a place where there is a need for a similar profile.
