      Good if you happen to work if you get into right IBU and right project, otherwise bad

      Pros

      Good for freshers, who want to gain some experience before moving on for higher education. If you happen to be in a good project and good unit, your life is great. Some projects and units have great managers and good opportunities, others not so much.

      Cons

      "Lottery" system instead of merit for project allocation, IBU allocation, onsite opportunities. Trainees are randomly assigned to units after they complete their training. No consideration is given to their interests etc. Rigid dress code unsuitable for tropical climate of India -- in spite of employee dissent, no change has been made. There are useless internal certifications that test your cramming skills. Onsite opportunities are also decided through a lottery system.

      Pros

      The training is nice with excellent infrastructure. But the employee strength is too big to manage.

      Cons

      Too high the employee strength to be managed effectively and given good work. Hence, leading to poor administration and policies. Quality of work needs improvement.

      India's pride, You get to meet people who are simple, knowledgable.Opportunity for growth is immense with growth opportunities across the globe, Knowledge sharing initiatives are just many with the Senior management's support from Top Down.I take a lot of pride in the way we run our business, open fair and ethical, Not sure if any other company will be able to claim this.The infrastructure that they have is just mind blowing being with them will actually change the way you think in life,The proximity to Senior management , the ideas that you get to share with them and the policies that get designed keeping you in mind are some of the examples of this beautiful people friendly organisation.

      Cons

      Too large so you get lost in this company.Many a times you will will be required to do a lot of things with no proper focus.If you want to develop as a specialist then this is not the place,You will be able to place your hand sin too many things ending up not doing what you really want.Some times you will have to compete with people who are mean and who are in good position just becoz they are senior and not becoz they are knowledgeable.Since they are global and growing day by day you should be flexible to move around the globe anytime.
