Pros

It has a great work-personal life balance. Genuine care is shown by the management towards the employees. Facilities provided are awesome and above what any any other employer can provide, both in scale and qualiy.

Cons

The only con i can think of is that the salary is not comparable to what MNCs give. But if salary is no bar, then this is the best place to work for.
