Pros

Big company and lots of departments to move around in. Not the best paying but decent benefits and other perks like gym, and discounts on things. If you're interested in insurance, good starting place as the training is great.

Cons

They should make the dress-core more casual especially since 90% of the employees never see a customer face-to-face. They should pay a bit more for people they want to keep around and reduce turn-over. I got the sense they're all about hiring new people for lower pay and training them and keeping them for a few years before they move on.

Collegial, nice hours, good benefits, and fine mentorship.

Cons

Purgatory-like outlook; not exciting but not terrible either. Lack of transparency.

Weak mentorship program Pay is relatively low "Cog in the machine" feel Lack of feedback mechanisms to assess growth, outside of annual reviews Constant exacerbated sighs throughout the day, all around your cubicle Work is not overly stimulating
