Stock program will get you ahead by end of year and they match so with 3-4 years you may be able to afford a downpayment with the stocks going at $200 + per stock removed from your cheque and match and end of year. Bonus is also a pro

Cons

Heavy workload not much overtime alloted to adjuster you will be dealing with over 130 claims at any given time so your time management must be on point to cater to all these people.

Pros

Hybrid with only two days a week at the office. Access to mental health resources was provided. Clear performance metrics and tracking through Power BI enabled transparency in workload and accomplishments.

Cons

High turnover among younger employees due to limited growth opportunities and salaries not aligned with Toronto's cost of living. Incomplete initial training created challenges in role execution. Workload concerns were dismissed, with expectations exceeding manageable levels for junior employees compared to senior colleagues. Mental health struggles were downplayed, and performance reviews lacked recognition of accomplishments, even when targets were met. Leadership and support were inadequate in addressing performance and well-being concerns.
