Probably the best benefits of all insurer Depending on your position, salary is probably very good Positive about the future of the company

Cons

Lots and lots of politics... Drink the Kool Aid culture Can't suggest too different ideas or critique stuff that don't make sense or you'll be tagged negative and then get side tracked VP level or above have power, below that you're just a number

Systems are a bit dated, but that seems t be par for the course in this industry.
