Pros

The benefits are amazing. The only places that give more are Google/Amazon/Facebook etc. People are amazingly helpful - taking time off from their tasks to help you - because we "fall in love with our customer's problems". There's plenty of room for advancement, support from management, and also encouraging internal mobility.

Cons

As a corporate, many times you get plenty off RTB work that is not as exciting as coding, but that's the only con I can think of. Some teams have a large volume of on-call (pager duty) so keep in mind when choosing the team (this changes periodically).

Pros

- Overall Positive culture - Areas for personal growth and opportunities for internal advancement - Good work balance

Cons

Interns (and potentially some new engineers) can sometimes find themselves stuck on cheese-touch projects.

Pros

Good work in terms of technology

Cons

Unnecessarily forcing people to attend office. Too much tasks are assigned and heavy expectations from engineers
