Pros

Nothing I can think of other than my bank balance.

Cons

The price you pay for that bank balance is your career itself, if anything. Intuit runs on bootlicking. Intuit is not a tech company. Intuit is the corporate that sucks the soul out of you, the one your mother told you never to work for. Hierarchy is very much enforced. Your career here depends on how much you suck up to your seniors. And nothing here will be "fair". Legacy tech stack. Monolithic products. Nothing challenging. Your starting salary will be the same as your salary after 3 years. They hire terrible mid-level managers. The kind of managers that will check what you're doing only for your annual hikes. They make a lot of mistakes in promoting the wrong people. That brings in a lot more enforced hierarchy which makes it even worse. I can only laugh at their developer advocacy advertisements. There's no work-life balance. If anything, they'll force you to work on your vacation. You'll never work on anything challenging at Intuit. You won't have anything to boast about in your Resume by working for Intuit. And good luck, if you think you'll have a good career by being technically strong. College grads, do yourself a favor and save your career. Intuit is not Google or Facebook or even Microsoft.

Pros

Money could not buy my soul, so cannot count it as a Pro

Cons

Welcome to a company, which is copying all the big names but going no where. Intuit, is only good on paper and advertising its brand in the country but the blunt truth is, it is a absolute hyped mid layer flabby company whose quality of management leaders is as null as it can be, it is pretty much an ugly tarred container. All Higher Ups are a grouped bunched hired from Yahoo, and they all operate in a gang. Intuit no doubt tries to buy you by paying a digit extra to your salary, but what they take back is everything you have got. It is not at all a company where you will find work life balance and the reason behind that is a rather classless management. They all follow a line laid out by their heads, and none of them actually use or even think of using their own brains. As their soul have been bought by the management by paying them CTCs which roll out their tongue. DO NOT JOIN INTUIT and SELL YOUR LIFE.... THE BENEFITS , SALARY ETC ARE ONLY TO SHOW YOU THE BONE... LIFE INSIDE IS PATHETIC... NO PROS.. ALL CONS.. I have worked in 3 premium product companies before this, and I can warrant by my experience, this company's management is all time low. All 5 Stars ratings are written by the management guys, the reality is worse. Even Media who sponsors them highly in India, are well paid under the table to hype their portfolio. Do not commit the biggest mistake of your life and a career blunder

Pros

Incredible company that has market dominance, yet also has so much room to grow. Management constantly preaches disruption, and its reflected in our priorities and work. As a Data Scientist, its awesome to be using the latest and greatest technology stacks. Its also cool to have industry thought leaders as part of the data science senior leadership team, I feel assured that we are doing things the "right way".

Cons

Its a big company, and the work is complex, which means that there are many dependencies to your work.
