Pros

One of the things I like, is I get to work from home and establish a schedule to accommodate for my life events.

Cons

I was very disappointed when we were no longer to receive Spotlights for customer reviews which is extremely hard to do since people do not like to fill out reviews which leads to work disappointment. In 2022 when I first commenced with TurboTax, I received Spotlights rated 10 on 1-10 scale. Those are no longer individually available but only on a chance on a roulette wheel. Spotlights instigated a personal challenge to super-exceed in every area.

Pros

Intuit is an amazing company to work for. I am a seasonal hire with hopes of becoming more permanent. The pay is ok, hours are great, and the work perks are a pretty good feature.

Cons

If you choose to do extra courses, I have yet to found a way to keep the credits and excel in degreed. As degreed isn't available to seasonal employees.

Intuit ethics and work environment. Support at every level. Education paid before every season. Education free, un paid year around for TurboTax and QuickBooks. Intuit Academy! Pay scale based on education level, experience, and years of service. Recognition for performance during season as well as year end bonuses. Constant support from all levels of team members from Managers, Leads and pod team members. If you do not know the needed information you always have someone available that does. Able to do my job from my home office.

Cons

I do not have any issues with working for Intuit.
