Pros

Wonderful team engagement ensuring my onboarding was as successful as possible. At no point did I feel left out or unattended. The documentation was helpful, although voluminous to the point of daunting. Intuit has a solid onboarding curriculum and LCPO has all the tools necessary to provide meaningful contributions on Day 1. The assigned "buddies" have been instrumental in my comfort and ability to contribute. They have (and continue to) fostered meaningful engagement and provided a wealth of institutional knowledge. Simply the best.

Cons

Some choppiness during onboarding due to managerial shifts. But, I was always kept in the loop and never felt misdirected.
