      Great company and benefits are top notch, pay is okay for what it is. Quota adjustments for taking more than 4 consecutive days off for vacay

      Corporate corporate corporate... More KPIs than you can keep track of and any one of them being low can get you fired. Every single day is important to hitting your quota and a lot of times of your out for a day or two your going to have a tough time hitting your month...

      Intuit the company is great with great benefits and culture. The CEO is a great leader with a clear vision of the company . So many perks and fun events this company holds .

      Cons

      Management in the LA office is awful. Employees are unable to speak up without their concerns just being brushed over. Too much loyalty to management just because they have been there a long time but they are very outdated and awful for the culture. It’s amazing what these toxic managers can get away with with no consequences. No value for the employees here and absolutely no growth. It’s very political here so if your manager doesn’t like you on a personal level then you’re going to have a really hard time working because they don’t know how to separate personal from business. The amount of mental stress toxic management causes makes it so difficult to work and do our job .
