Pros

Flexible schedule, end of season bonus, fully remote, & internet reimbursement

Cons

Tech issues daily, leads who aren’t well versed in subject matter and can’t assist, emphasis on survey scores daily, and angry customers. I felt as if I was bamboozled with the role and this feels more like an IT support role solving tech bugs more than it does a tax prep position.
