Pros and Cons

Pros

There's never a dull moment, lots of work and back logged items. You learn a lot of in short period of time. People are generally respectful and nice to work with

Cons

Takes too long to make a decision. It's a highly collaborative culture meaning need to get buy ins from all stakeholders which is not easy. Stakeholders want their items to be prioritized first whether it makes sense or not. Long working hours at times, including weekends. It can take a toll on your personal life and weekends with so much work, meetings.
