Pros

Remote employment with diversity and acknowledgement of a job well done. Intuit has the biggest push is Customer Obsession. If you are really good with customer's you will gain so much being employed here. As a new employee you will have lots of help from peers and managers to ensure your success. Great place to work!!!

Cons

Some managers aren't as dedicated and you will have to be self sufficient if you encounter one of them during your employment. A lot of our peers are dedicated to customer obsession but there are a few that are not and will slow you down. Best counter-action is to request to join another team.
