1. Good benefits 2. Had a really good manager who helped me to grow personally 3. Good internal mobility opportunities

Cons

1. Frequent reorgs making it extremely difficult to deliver 2. Some teams very bad to work with. Especially working with engineering leadership is a big challenge as a PM if your counterpart is difficult to work with 3. Unable to execute on vision due to these reasons. Teams not interested in iterating existing product to great but very keen to deliver half baked products and move on.
