Pros

You pick your own schedule. In my area of expertise there are plenty options to get rewarded just for coming to work! During tax season there is plenty of overtime offered. My managers have been great, good people on your team. My time here has been great!

Cons

The only downside is having to be rehired each season. It’s like the first interview each time. Since it’s seasonal you can only work about 23hrs a week until overtime is offered.
