Work from Home - Flexible Hours

Pros

Get to work from home. Flexible Hours. Split Hours. Great if you have kids schedules to work around. You work independently. You always have a team available for support/help/assistance when needed. Intuit provides you with everything you need to work from home, they offer, incentives, bonuses, employee work perks, and although you work from home online, you still meet a lot of wonderful people.

Cons

I enjoy my position at Intuit and like the opportunities they offer to grow within the company and as an individual should I be interested. Cons are a matter of opinion of each individual. I can't think of anything that is major enough of a Con to mention.
