Pros

Pay and benefits are excellent

Cons

Worklife balance is non-existent, very political and obvious favoritism throughout. Culture has changed dramatically over last three years.

Pros

salary and job security okay perks great benefits

Cons

hardly any diversity in swe departments, program managers don't care for your well being, no one seems to have a work life balance, engineers live to work, no mental health or technical support for apprentices. Gaslit by program managers and managers. Even if you "successfully" complete the apprenticeship, will only get offer based on the team you're placed on and some teams set you up for failure. And if you do get the offer, then be prepared to struggle and have a non work-life balance.

Pros

I've worked at Intuit for over 8 years now. I am not a person who typically drinks the "corporate kool-aid" but this company continues to impress me, and it has been a truly AMAZING place to work. Every day I feel like I'm making an impact. My colleagues are equally passionate about improving the lives of our customers. The values are not just a "plaque on the wall" -- most employees and leaders truly stand by our values when making decisions. As an HR professional, that really makes a difference in our line of work! As a person of color, Intuit has made genuine and meaningful strides in diversity and inclusion. I became a parent during my time at Intuit, and the support and work/life balance has been great. Internal mobility is also a big focus area, and that keeps me interested in working here in the long-term.

Cons

I work 100% virtually/remotely, and I have had that arrangement since before Covid. Most employees (I'd say about 90%) are based at Intuit office locations. Intuit is still finding our rhythm with the hybrid model, and finding ways to encourage employees to come to the office more frequently. In the meantime, they are discouraging remote hires, and making it harder for employees to request to work 100% remotely. I understand the strategy, but as a remote worker, sometimes I feel like the company treats us like 2nd class citizens.
