Pros

Great pay and flexible work hours, and you work remotely. You are provided with everything you need.

Cons

Everything you do is based on metrics, clients surveys. It is tough to make everyone happy.

Pros

Very free schedule Great pay for my area of the country I really like my boss Solid bonuses Awesome opportunity to get your EA covered by your company

Cons

Seasonal Not a lot of opportunities to stay post season Not many chances to move up during the tax season You do get to open a retirement account with them, but it's not that great since it is a seasonal position.
