The pay, benefits, co-workers, my supervisor and incentives and overall just being a part of a company that also inspires you! I can't remember working for any other company that actually cared about your well being more than Intuit does. For me it was personal and my Intuit was just that IN TO IT and me, they gave me the support I needed during some rough times in my life, that is a company I am proud to represent and proud that they represent me! If you're seeking a company that cares more about their employees than themselves, choose Intuit!
