Pros

They make an attempt a at trying to build a good company culture.

Cons

You will continuously fear for your job no matter how hard you work or how above and beyond you go. They are always looking for a way to get leaner. It appears they have a certain percentage of people that they manage out no matter what. Good, quality, hardworking, intelligent people. This isn't my sole opinion.

Pros

Decent perks for Gym, free food, Xmas Party

Cons

- Micromanaging - No Progression - Staff turnover is VERY high, just ask or have a look on LinkedIn of how long the ISAMs stay there - Pay is decent but you work 12 hours a day to hit targets so it balances out - Selling a product for £1 - £25 max is very demoralising - Sales training is great but not used in the job, they teach you how to sell value however you sell discounts, look on the website, the product is on discount everyday - they will bribe you with amazon vouchers etc to write good glass door reviews and employee surveys - you speak to accountants or builders all day to sell - very repetitive job role, every day is the same 365 days of the year here - as soon as you take 1 day off, you ARE NOT hitting target -

Pros

Office is beautiful- stunning views! Great social events inhouse and offsite.

Cons

Targets ramp aggressively over the year, which makes it nearly impossible to hit commission targets- this also means you'll see team members perpetually stressed that they're not hitting quotas. Staff churn is excessive. Sales team vibe is very depressing and has bred poor sales behaviours in a desperate attempt to achieve number at any cost. Unfortunetly their is a disconnect between corporate values and how staff actually carry on.
