Great Training Program

Pros

You get to set your own hours as a tax associate around a primary job or personal tax clients. Provided plenty of resources to assist customers to resolve tax return issues.

Cons

You must have computer experience and be a fast learner. Lots of changes throughout the tax season. Difficult to change how you were just trained to complete tasks in the middle of a season.
