Pros

Strong culture of learning and development, leadership genuinely wants to see you succeed Clear pathways for growth and recognition, especially if you put in the work Great collaboration across teams, with smart and supportive colleagues Work-life balance is respected, but can be challenging due to a high-performing environment Benefits and employee programs are top-tier

Cons

Growth requires patience — promotions and bigger opportunities don’t come overnight As with any large company, some processes can feel slow and bureaucratic The bar is high, which is motivating but can also be demanding at times

Pros

the stock is doing well, the campus amenities are great

Cons

Frequent and chaotic reorganizations and shift to overseas creating huge talent loss. Some of the best leaders were forced out, and people are no longer happy. The culture has shifted from being great to bad or terrible in only 2-3 years. They even took out employee first out of their leadership runbook.
