Pros

Internally everyone is welcoming and it really feels like a virtual office complex. There are opportunities to grow and explore new areas of the company. The benefits for seasonal employees are better than I expected 401k match and a stock purchase plan.

Cons

With any large organization there will be some things you don't like but it's better than I expected. Part of this was due to the tax changes for 2020 so I have no complaints
