Pros

Intuit has a supportive and inclusive culture where people are encouraged to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company invests in innovation and provides opportunities to work on challenging, customer-focused problems. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong emphasis on collaboration and respect. Like any large company, cross-team dependencies can slow things down at times, but overall it’s a great place to build a meaningful career.

Cons

As with any large company, navigating cross-team dependencies can be challenging and requires patience. Growth can sometimes take time depending on business priorities and scope of work.

Pros

Intuit has great benefits to include time off and sick time. They also offer great trainings to further your career or just improve your skills in current job.

Cons

There is just to much change and movement for me.
