Pros

Great benefits and work life balance. Solid business outlook and a great CEO to have. Lots of emphasis on innovation. Free food, great office, free gym membership and broadband facility.

Cons

Poor management, very low on tech, lack of quality in hiring talents, too many failed experiments for India and lots of politics. There are many talkers than doers. People prefers PPT as compared to writing code. Some of the senior/group managers are far away from technology trend and as a result its tough to have a meaningful technical conversation.

Pros

Good benefits, good work-life balance

Cons

Green card category is EB3 even if you are a senior software engineer with a master's degree and 5 + years of experience. Lots of politics and favoritism. People who are not good at their jobs but can talk fluff are valued more Promotions are slow unless all you do is flatter your boss and be a yes-man

Pros

Good pay and profit sharing

Cons

Green card category is EB3 even if you are a senior software engineer with a master's degree and 5 + years of experience. Promotions take forever at all levels, as there's a lot of politics.
