Pros

Great benefits and reasonable RTW policy

Cons

Satisfaction seems to vary team by team. Culture of constantly changing priorities, lack of direction by leadership teams, decisions by committee makes it hard to move in the right direction fast

Pros

Scheduling flexibility is the only pro.

Cons

This job will affect your mental health negatively. The customers often abuse the reps and they have to take it so they give you a good survey at the end. There is very little support provided to help with solving a customer issue and when there is support, it is slow and the customer thinks it’s your fault, but really it’s a chain that you have to go through and they are slow and don’t care because they aren’t customer facing. The job should pay well for the workload, education and expertise required but it pays the rate of a fast food employee. They take advantage of people.
