Pros

Intuit is good to their employees, they provide great benefits, great salary and bonuses. They have onsite catering and food court. They do a lot for the employees to show that they care and that they are valued. It makes you want to get up and go to work. Still able to work from for 2 days out of the week. The senior staff welcomes fresh ideas from the Team.

Cons

They are transitioning away from WFH it went from 3 days a week with 2 in office days to now, 3 in office days and 2 WFH days. The bonus that you received is taxed extremely high that you dont even get to enjoy the bonus.
