Pros

Intuit is a great place to work Employee oriented and very concerned about the welfare of the employees. Pay is right on target for the field of Tax preparation. Scheduling time is very flexible. And Intuit will work with you when you need time off. Sick time and vacation is offered to Full Time employees Seasonal employees also have some benefits. The Retirement plans are far above what is offered anywhere else for Seasonal workers..Also the option for ESO are available. The career opportunities are exceptional, and Intuit will reimburse you for some degree programs.

Cons

The only con l can think of is training is very intense and a lot of it.But, it's paid training a will have you ready for a tax season..
